ERROR: transport error 202: bind failed: Address already in use
When attempting to startup the weblogic managed server, I would receive an ERROR: transport error 202: bind failed: Address already in use error.
The following error was as follows:
This was also occurring when one of the weblogic server (either admin or managed) was already up and I was attempting to initiate another weblogic server.
SOLUTION
I then realized that I entered the DEBUG_PORT into the environment configuration files to attempt to troubleshoot the deployment of the web services via eclipse. This was performed by entering the DEBUG_PORT:=8453 within the setDomainEnv.sh. This was initatatng the address with the associated DEBUG port twice, thus causing an issue when I was attempting to start up the second server to fail
I added the following command at the top of the setDomainEnv.sh:
Once this was removed, the port 8453 was not used and therefore the port was not accessed twice

For what I see, there's not too many supportive documentations out there that will demonstrate how provision AD group membership with the ICF connector using OpenIDM. The use of the special ldapGroups attribute is not explained anywhere in the Integrators guides to to the date of this blog. This quick blog identifies the tasks required to provision AD group membership from OpenIDM to AD using the LDAP ICF connector. However this doesn't really explain what ldapGroups actually does and there's no real worked example of how to go from an Assignment to ldapGroups to an assigned group in AD. I wrote up a wiki article for my own reference: AD group memberships automatically to users This is just my view, others may disagree, but I think the implementation experience could be improved with some more documentation and a more detailed example here.
