Unable to compile using JDeveloper 12c
When building up my java application, which consisted on creating/deleting new classes and manipulating the code within each file, I noticed that JDeveloper would not compile my .java classes even though I was not receiving any errors.
The error was stating the following:
Error: error: error reading Class1.java; Class1.java (no such file or directory)
The class file did exist, though it was deleted intentionally. Now the JDeveloper would not compile. I searched for the file and it's associated references within the possible files without any success.
SOLUTION
The solution here is to clean up the .jpr file, which is basically the project file that JDeveloper uses to understand which classes are considered within the project. The reference of which files must be compiled to speed up efficiency on application runtimes as this reference was not searchable on the computer by using clear text.
Go into Build and Clear All then try again

For what I see, there's not too many supportive documentations out there that will demonstrate how provision AD group membership with the ICF connector using OpenIDM. The use of the special ldapGroups attribute is not explained anywhere in the Integrators guides to to the date of this blog. This quick blog identifies the tasks required to provision AD group membership from OpenIDM to AD using the LDAP ICF connector. However this doesn't really explain what ldapGroups actually does and there's no real worked example of how to go from an Assignment to ldapGroups to an assigned group in AD. I wrote up a wiki article for my own reference: AD group memberships automatically to users This is just my view, others may disagree, but I think the implementation experience could be improved with some more documentation and a more detailed example here.
